When all it takes to make a super cute Valentines is a card, washi tape, and a balloon — you know we’re down. In addition to those three supplies you can handwrite the message, print it, or get serious about your love for this holiday and start stenciling.

 

Knowing that your kids will likely get a ton of candy we love that this is a non-candy option! So here we go, ten phrases for your balloon themed valentine.

 

  1. Love is in the air!
  2. You make my heart float!
  3. You make my heart pop!
  4. You blow me away!
  5. Hope your day is filled with love!
  6. Float away with me!
  7. You make my heart burst!
  8. Happy Valentine’s Day!
  9. Up, up & away! Happy Valentine’s Day!
  10. I am bal-LOONEY for you!

 

And for the less romantic option: Use punch balloons with a rubber band handle for a “I hope your Valentine’s Day really packs a punch.” Write your phrase of choice on the front of the card and use the washi tape to secure the balloon. If you’re using a folding card you can write a personalized message inside or simple write the name of the recipient on the back of a two-sided card.
